Purpose
Release a memory block allocated by the mem: IO driver.
Synopsis
int XPRMfreememblk(XPRMmemblk *memblk);
Argument
memblk 
Reference to a memory block
Return value
0 if successful, 1 otherwise.

This function can be used to release a memory block allocated by the "mem:" IO driver used with an XPRMmemblk object (see Section mem driver)
