Purpose
Set default current working directory.

Further information
1. Except for absolute file names, path resolution is relative to the
current working directory defined by a call to this routine. This parameter is also used as the initial working directory when starting the execution of a model.
2. If the provided path is
NULL (the default value after library initialisation) or an empty string, the system uses the current working directory of the process as provided by the operating system. Using this routine has no effect on the process wide current working directory.
3. The provided path is expanded (
i.e. it can be relative to the current directory) and tested according to the current restriction settings (see
XPRMsetrestrictions). If the restriction
NoRead is active, this routine always fails and the current working directory is automatically set to the Mosel temporary directory.
