Purpose
Get the row number of a nonlinear constraint.

Reference to a nonlinear constraint
Return value
>= 0 
Row number of the nonlinear constraint

Row number not available
Further information
This function returns the row number of a nonlinear constraint. A value of -1 is returned if no problem is available or if the constraint does not belong to the current problem.
