Sort parallel arrays according to integer pair keys.

Parameters

key1
Type:  T
First object array to sort.
key2
Type:  T
Second object array to sort.
dvec
Type:  System.Double
Double values to sort along with key1 and key2.
offset
Type:  System.Int32
Beginning of slice in key1, key2 and dvec to sort.
size
Type:  System.Int32
Length of slice in key1, key2 and dvec to sort.
