XPRS Constructor

Initialize a new Xpress license.

Parameters

path (Optional)
Type:  System.String
The path at which the Xpress license can be found.
Remarks
This calls XPRS.Init() with path as argument and arranges for XPRS.Free() being called from Dispose. The intended use of this construct is in a using statement: 
using (XPRS license = new XPRS()) {
  ... // use Xpress here
} // license is automatically released here
