XPRSprob Constructor (String)

Initialize Xpress and create a new problem.

Parameters

path
Type:  System.String
The path that points to the Xpress license.
Remarks
The function first calls XPRS.Init(path) and then creates a new XPRSprob instance. It also arranges for XPRS.Free() to be called from Dispose.
