Parameters

prob
Type:  Optimizer.XPRSprob
Problem in which constraints are created.
initialInequalitiesSize
Type:  System.Int32
Expected number of rows to create.
initialNzsSize
Type:  System.Int32
Expected number of non-zeros to create.
hasNames
Type:  System.Boolean
Whether rows will have names.
errorIfVariables
Type:  System.String
If not null then raise this error whenever we attempt to dereference a Variable while filling this creator.
