Sort parallel arrays according to integer keys.

Parameters

mvec
Type:  System.Int32
Integer values to sort.
dvec
Type:  System.Double
Double values to sort.
offset
Type:  System.Int32
Beginning of slice to sort in mvec and dvec.
size
Type:  System.Int32
Length of slice to sort in mvec and dvec.
