QuadCoef Constructor (Variable, Variable, Double)

Create a new coefficient. Note that the constructor puts var1 and var2 into a canonical ordering and may thus change their order.

Parameters

var1
Type:  Optimizer.Objects.Variable
First variable in new coefficient.
var2
Type:  Optimizer.Objects.Variable
Second variable in new coefficient.
coefficient
Type:  System.Double
Value multiplying the variables in new coefficient.
