Initializing help system before first use

chgcoltype

Purpose
Used to change the type of a specified set of columns in the matrix.
Synopsis
chgcoltype(prob, colind, coltype, ncols = x_max_vec_length(colind, coltype))
Arguments
prob 
The current problem.
colind 
Integer array of length ncols containing the indices of the columns.
coltype 
Character array of length ncols giving the new column types:
C
indicates a continuous column;
B
indicates a binary column;
I
indicates an integer column.
S
indicates a semicontinuous column. The semicontinuous lower bound will be set to 1.0.
R
indicates a semiinteger column. The semiinteger lower bound will be set to 1.0.
P
indicates a partial integer column. The partial integer bound will be set to 1.0.
ncols 
Number of columns to change.
Return value
The input argument prob.
