Initializing help system before first use

loadsecurevecs

Purpose
Allows the user to mark rows and columns in order to prevent the presolve removing these rows and columns from the matrix.
Synopsis
loadsecurevecs(
prob,
rowind,
colind,
nrows = x_max_vec_length(rowind),
ncols = x_max_vec_length(colind)
)
Arguments
prob 
The current problem.
rowind 
Integer array of length nrows containing the rows to be marked.
colind 
Integer array of length ncols containing the columns to be marked.
nrows 
Number of rows to be marked.
ncols 
Number of columns to be marked.
Return value
The input argument prob.
