Purpose
Sets the value of a given integer control parameter.
Synopsis
setintcontrol(prob, control, value)
Arguments
prob 
The current problem.
control 
Control parameter whose value is to be set.
value 
Value to which the control parameter is to be set.
Return value
The input argument prob.
