Initializing help system before first use

setlogfile

Purpose
This directs all Optimizer output to a log file.
Synopsis
setlogfile(prob, filename)
Arguments
prob 
The current problem.
filename 
A string of up to MAXPROBNAMELENGTH characters containing the file name to which all logging output should be written.
Return value
The input argument prob.
