Using the Python Debug Prompt
A debug prompt for Python models has been added located above the Output pane which allows you to enter arbitrary expressions, whose results will be displayed on the Output pane. It can be used to conveniently print any variable in the current local stack frame or from global scope.
- '1.0==1' will display as 'true'
- 'print(15)' and '15' both result in the same output; '15'
- A = 15 results into "None" and won't be displayed. However, the value is set and 'A' or 'print(A)' in a subsequent command will display '15' on the Output pane.
