What is the FICO Analytic Cloud (FAC)

The FAC delivers a comprehensive toolkit of cloud-enabled products, across analytics, decision management and optimization. The FAC portal enables the user to subscribe to different FICO ® Applications available in FICO Marketplace.
The FAC Portal also provides:
  • User identity management, authentication, single sign-on (via Okta)
  • Provisioning (non-infrastructure aspects)
  • FAC Portal Usage tracking
  • Content and content management about the offerings within the FAC
  • Marketplace

Each subscribing organization is allocated their own unique capacity within the FAC, known as the Tenant area or Tenant, that nominated users can access which is managed by FICO. Typically, all users in an organization are assigned to the same tenant. Your Tenant area may contain one or many Solutions.

The FAC platform removes the overhead of hardware provision and maintenance from your IT services, as well as providing instant availability to many other FICO software solutions. By providing Okta support the FAC also enables centralized user management.

To access the FAC, open your browser and log in to the URL provided by your organization. Self-subscribers can navigate to https://www.ficoanalyticcloud.com and sign up if you have not yet done so.
Note: Email addresses (the user name that is allocated in the FAC) cannot be moved between Tenant areas. Do not self-subscribe to the FAC using an email that will be needed for a corporate account.
