Backing up and Restoring Projects and Components

The ADMIN tab displays the Backup Status and Backup Archive pages.
Every ten minutes, each Workbench component backs up all workspaces that have been modified since the last backup. For every workspace, Workbench retains the following files:
  • the most recent backup
  • the last three daily backups
  • the last five weekly backups

Backup Status

The Backup Status page displays all the backups that were created for the current component. Click View logs to display the details of the associated backup file.

Backup Archive

The Backup Archive page shows all backup files that are available for all workspaces across all Components in the Solution. The backup files can be downloaded as .tgz files that must be converted to .zip beffore they can be uploaded to the workspace.
