Parameters

prob
Type:  System.IntPtr
The IntPtr prob olbject of the current BCL problem. This will receive the BCL prob pointer.
vContext
Type:  System.Object
The user object as set when creating the callback using AddMessageCallback.
msg
Type:  System.String
The message for output.
