addTerm Method (XPRBvar, Double)

Add a new term to the current XPRBcut.

Type:  BCL.XPRBvar
The XPRBvar to use in the new term.
val
Type:  System.Double
The double value to use as the coefficient of the new term.

Type:  Int32
0 on success, 1 on failure.
