newVar Method (String, Int32)

Create a new XPRBvar variable in the current problem. The lower bound is set to zero and the upper bound to BCLconstant.XPRB_INFINITY.

name
Type:  System.String
The string name of the new XPRBvar variable.
type
Type:  System.Int32
The type of the variable. Possible values are:
  • BCLconstant.XPRB_PL - Continuous.
  • BCLconstant.XPRB_BV - Binary.
  • BCLconstant.XPRB_UI - General integer.
  • BCLconstant.XPRB_PI - Partial integer.
  • BCLconstant.XPRB_SC - Semi-continuous.
  • BCLconstant.XPRB_SI - Semi-continuous integer.

Return Value

Type:  XPRBvar
The new XPRBvar object.
