Initializing help system before first use

Accessing the Component

You need to be logged into the FICO Analytic Cloud( FAC):
  1. In your browser, visit and log in to https://www.ficoanalyticcloud.com, or sign up if you have not yet done so.
  2. In the top banner, click MY APPS to load the dashboard holding all the Applications to which you have access.
  3. If your solution has been created for you already, click the FICO® Decision Optimizer tile to launch the application and open the instance of your Decision Optimizer component.

    Operation of the Decision Optimizer software is described in the main user documentation, which is available from the Help link in the app.

    Note: Idle connections will be logged out after 30 minutes-a warning message will be displayed five minutes before the user is automatically logged out.
