New Functionality and Changes in FICO® Xpress Executor 3.0

Xpress Executor version 3.0 includes the following changes and new features:

New in 3.0.16 - February 2024

  • Executes models using Xpress 9.3.0.

New in 3.0.15 - August 2023

  • Executes models using Xpress 9.2.0.
  • Newly-created component instances no longer have unique hostnames (instance ID will be in the path section of the URL, not the hostname).

New in 3.0.11 - Apr 2022

  • Executes models using Xpress 8.14.0
  • The model will only be able to communicate with endpoints exposed by other platform components, solution services and DMP Manager by using the 'dmp' module of Mosel. Self-authentication by requesting a bearer token from DMP IAM webservice is no longer possible. Attempting to access platform endpoints using 'mmhttp', or a dmpresource initialized by 'dmpiniturl', will fail with status code 997.

  • Executes models using Xpress 8.11.1
  • The model can interact with additional DMP Manager and DMP WebService endpoints using the 'dmp' module.
  • The model can interact with S3 solution revision folders using the 's3' module.
  • Added component version to the structure returned by the repository status endpoint.
  • Added links to the execution queue for all lifecycle stages from the configuration page.

Fixed in 3.0.5 - December 2020

  • Resolved an issue causing poor performance when fetching S3 credentials.

New in 3.0.4 - October 2020

  • Executes models using Xpress 8.11.0

  • The model can interact with ADM and DataPipelines webservices using the 'dmp' module

  • The maximum runtime of executions can now be configured. By default executions will terminate when they have been running for 7 days.

Fixed in 3.0.4

  • Fixed an issue that could cause models to execute with an old version of Xpress after a component upgrade.

New in 3.0.3 - September 2020

  • New configuration option to choose between Java 11 and Java 8 when executing Java code using 'mosjvm'.
