ins~delsetelts

Purpose
Create an ins~entityupdate record for removing elements from a set.
Synopsis
function delsetelts(entity:text, elems:list of any):ins~entityupdate
Arguments
entity 
The name of the entity to update
value 
The list of new values to remove, which must be of a type compatible with the set entity
Return value
A value that can be passed to ins~updatescendata to remove these values from the set.

Further information
This function cannot fail; invalid parameter values will only cause an error when the returned value is passed to ins~updatescendata.
