ins~upgradeapp

Purpose
Upgrade an existing app on the Insight server.
Synopsis
procedure upgradeapp(id:text, filename:text, isfullupgrade:boolean, messages:list of text)
Arguments
id 
ID of the app to upgrade
filename 
The filename of the application .zip to upgrade to
isfullupgrade 
If true, do a full upgrade, expecting the given file to contain a complete replacement of the app. If false, do a partial upgrade, adding/replacing content of any files in the existing app but retaining others.
messages 
A list to which will be appended information messages about the app upgrade, which can be displayed to a user.
Further information
If the app upgrade was rejected, or an issue was encountered communicating with the Insight server, the error flag will be set and ins~haserror will return true.
