Adding Authority Groups

To add an authority group, follow these steps.
  1. On the Authority Groups page, click NEW AUTHORITY GROUP.

    The New Authority Group page opens.


  2. Add the following information about the authority group.
    Field Description
    Name Specify the name of the authority group. The name must be no longer than 200 characters and can contain only alphanumeric characters and spaces.
    Description Specify a description of the purpose of the authority group. The description must be no longer than 200 characters and can contain only alphanumeric characters, spaces, and the following special characters: _.!#&+-/\=?^_{}
    Authorities

    Select one or more authorities from the Authorities, Custom Authorities, or Execution Service Authorities list, and move them to the corresponding Selected Authorities list by clicking >. Click >> to add all authorities in a category.

    Use the < or << to remove selected authorities from the list.

  3. Click SAVE CHANGES to add the authority group.
