Deleting Local Users

Insight supports the permanent deletion of user accounts when configured to use local account authentication.

Note: Resources such as scenarios and folders which are owned by a user whose account is deleted will be shown with owner <Not Available>. If those resources are private and need to be transferred, then a user with SCENARIO_ALL authority can access the resources and update the ownership and/or share status.

1. Open the ADMIN page by clicking ADMIN .
2. In the USER MANAGEMENT pane, click Users .
3. Click on the user to be deleted in the table.
4. Click on the DELETE option at the bottom of the page and confirm.
