Configuring Logging

The location, format and file management policy of the log files generated by Xpress Insight is governed by settings in the application.properties file for either the server or worker.
These logs include:
  • Audit logging
  • Change Logging (disabled by default)
  • Server Log
  • Worker Log
  • Job Log (disabled by default)
On Windows, logs are located by default in the following directories:
  • <PROGRAMDATA>\ FICO\XpressInsight\Server\logs
  • <PROGRAMDATA>\ FICO\XpressInsight\Worker\logs
On Linux, logs are located by default in the following directories:
  • /var/log/ fico-xpress-insight-server
  • /var/log/ fico-xpress-insight -worker
