LoadSecureVecs Method

Allows the user to mark rows and columns in order to prevent the presolve removing these rows and columns from the matrix.

Parameters

nrows
Type:  System.Int32
Number of rows to be marked.
ncols
Type:  System.Int32
Number of columns to be marked.
rowind
Type:  System.Int32
Integer array of length nrows containing the rows to be marked. May be null if not required.
colind
Type:  System.Int32
Integer array of length ncols containing the columns to be marked. May be null if not required.
