Parameters

type
Type:  Optimizer.SetType
Set type.
elements
Type:  System.Int32
The elements in the set.
weights
Type:  System.Double
Weights for elements. If this is null then weights 1, 2, 3, ... will be used.
name
Type:  System.String
Name of set. Can be null.

Return Value

Type:  Int32
The new set constraint.
