getrows

Purpose
Returns the nonzeros in the constraint matrix for the rows in a given range.
Synopsis
getrows(prob, first, last)
Arguments
prob 
The current problem.
first 
First row in the range.
last 
Last row in the range.
Return value
A list with the following elements:
start
The indices indicating the starting offsets in the colind and colcoef arrays for each requested row
colind
The column indices of the nonzero elements for each row.
colcoef
The nonzero element values.
