Initializing help system before first use

problem.getcutmap

Purpose
Returns in which rows a list of cutind are currently loaded into the Optimizer. This is useful for example to retrieve the duals associated with active cutind.
Synopsis
problem.getcutmap(cutind, cutmap)
Arguments
cutind 
Array with the cutind for which the row index is requested.
cutmap 
Array where the rows are returned.
Further information
For cutind currently not loaded into the problem, a row index of -1 is returned.
