global constraint

A numeric limit or threshold placed on a calculated quantity. Global constraints refer to a resource or outcome whose total or average across all accounts (or across a segment of accounts) must not exceed or fall below a set limit. Decision Optimizer attempts to meet all global constraints, but will return the best solution possible even if all global constraints cannot be satisfied.
