Initializing help system before first use

ins~movefolder

Purpose
Move a folder to within another folder.
Synopsis
procedure movefolder(foldid:text, newparentid:text)
Arguments
foldid 
ID of the folder to move
newparentid 
ID of the folder to move it to, or empty string to move to application root
Further information
1. If a folder with the same name already exists in the specified parent, Insight will modify the name of the moved folder to make it unique (e.g. from "My Folder" to "My Folder (1)")
2. If the parent of the scenario is already newparentid, this procedure does nothing.
3. If the Insight server returned an error, or an issue was encountered communicating with the Insight server, the error flag will be set and ins~haserror will return true.
