Register a new image from an S3 bucket

function registerImage(ecf:EC2Conf, bucket:string, name:string, desc:string):text
Arguments
ecf 
An AEC2 configuration to populate
bucket 
S3 bucket containing the image
name 
Name of the image to create
desc 
Description of the image to create
Return value
Id of the created image or an empty string in case of failure
