xpress.getVersionNumbers

Purpose
Returns the Optimizer version numbers split into major, minor, and build number.

major, minor, build = xpress.getVersionNumbers()
Return value
major: int 
The major version number.
minor: int 
The minor version number. This is a number from 0 to 99.
build: int 
The build number. This is a number from 0 to 99.
Further information
1. This function always succeeds.
2. This function supersedes the VERSION control, which only returns the first two parts of the version number. Release 2004 versions of the Optimizer have a three-part version number.
3. This function can be called without calling xpress.init() first.
