startlistener

Purpose
Start or stop an event listener.
Synopsis
procedure startlistener(cfgfile:string)
Argument
cfgfile
File name where to save the configuration
Further information
1. This procedure starts an event listener the configuration of which is recorded in the provided file name. The events received by the listener are saved into the event queue of the model.
2. A model can run only one listener: any running listener will be replaced by a new one in case the procedure is called several times. Giving an empty string as the configuration file will cause a running listener to stop. The procedure will raise an IO error if the listener cannot be started.
3. Thanks to the generated configuration file, events can be sent by a model using send, the mosel command line tool (see option sendevent in section mosel command: invocation) or with the library function XPRMsendevent.
