SLP, Data Input, Nonlinear
Synopsis
problem.slpSetRowEnforced(row, ifEnforce)
Arguments
row: constraint
The index of the matrix row to be changed.
ifEnforce: int

Further information
1. The current enforced status of a row can be read back via problem.slpGetRowStatus, by checking whether bit 11 ( SLPNOERRORVECTORS) is set.
2. Argument row may contain either xpress.constraint objects or integer indices.
