Create a new, unnamed, XPRBctr constraint in the current problem.

Parameters

ac   XPRBrelation
The XPRBrelation which will form the new constraint.

Return Value

XPRBctr
The new XPRBctr object.
Remarks
This form of the newCtr method is most often used to set standard problem constraints where a name for the constraint is not required or is set elsewhere.
