Editing Scenario Properties
- Select at least one scenario in the Scenario Manager. For more, see Choosing which Scenarios are on the Shelf.
If a scenario contains no data it is identified by a
icon and an information message is displayed.
- On the shelf, open the scenario's drop-down list and select Properties.
The Scenario Properties dialog box opens.
- Rename the scenario and click Save.
You can now edit the other fields.
- (Optional) Take one or more of the following actions and click Save after each one.
- To edit the description of the scenario, click Edit the scenario notes.
- To change how the scenario is shared between users, select one of the following options.
- Private – No sharing with other users.
- Shared read only – Other users can view the scenario but cannot modify or delete it.
- Full access – Other users can view, modify and delete the scenario.
- To change the owner of the scenario, select the owner's user name from the drop-down list.
Note: If you try to change ownership in such a way that you will not have access to this scenario, a warning message is displayed so you can cancel the change of ownership if desired.
Note: To change the folder where the scenario is located, move the scenario using the Scenario Manager. For more, see Moving Scenarios. - Click Close.
