Initializing help system before first use

Logging In

To log in to Xpress Insight, follow these steps.
  1. Open the Xpress Insight login page:
    • If you are using a local installation, navigate to http://localhost:8080/ in your browser. You can also open the Windows Start menu and select FICO > Xpress > Xpress Insight .
    • If you are using a server or intranet installation, navigate to http://server_name:8080/, where server_name is the name of the server on which Xpress Insight is installed.
    Note: If you are using the Xpress Insight on FICO Platform, contact your administrator.
  2. Enter your user name and password:
    • If you are evaluating Xpress Insight, use the default credentials (user name admin, password admin123.
    • If you are using a production system installed in your premises, contact the system administrator.
    • If you are using Xpress Insight on FICO Platform, use your FICO Platform user name and password.
  3. Click LOG IN.
The Xpress Insight Home page is displayed. From here you can choose the model you want to optimize.
