Purpose
Select the key to use from a key-file
Synopsis
function selectSSHKeyFile(ecf:EC2Conf, fdir:text, fname:string):boolean
function selectSSHKeyFile(ecf:EC2Conf, fname:string):boolean
Arguments
ecf 
AEC2 configuration
fname 
Name of the key-file
fdir 
Directory name for the file (can be an empty string)
Return value
true if operation succeeded.

After the key-pair has been loaded, the infomation is saved into the provided AEC2 configuration
