c2exe

Purpose
Generate an executable from a C/C++ source.
Synopsis
procedure c2exe(srcs:list of string, dst:string)
procedure c2exe(src:string, dst:string)
Arguments
src 
C/C++ source file.
srcs 
Source file followed by its dependencies.
dst 
Destination file name (can be a directory, extension may be omitted).
Further information
1. This functionality requires the availability of a C compiler.
2. The operation will be performed only if either of the srcs files or src is newer than the destination file.
3. The destination file will be deleted if the variable runmode is set to "clean".
4. Any execution error will cause a program termination if exitonfail is true.
