isbimfile

Purpose
Check whether a file is a bim file.
Synopsis
function isbimfile(f:text):boolean
Argument
Filename to check.
Return value
true if the provided file is a bim file.
Example
 mos2bim("myexpl.mos",".")
   ! -> mosel comp -o ./myexpl.bim myexpl.mos
 writeln(isbimfile("myexpl.bim"))          ! Output: true
 writeln(isregfile("myexpl.bim"))          ! Output: true
 writeln(isregfile("dir/subdir"))          ! Output: false
 writeln(islink("myexpl.bim"))             ! Output: false
Further information
The function will return true if the file extension is .bim or if the file has the signature of a bim file.
