Purpose
Check whether a path is a subdirectory of another path.
Synopsis
function issubdir(subdir:text, dir:text):boolean
Arguments
subdir 
Path to the directory to check.
dir 
Path to the including directory.
Return value
true if subdir is a subdirectory of dir.
