mos2sh

Purpose
Compile a Mosel file to produce a shell script.
Synopsis
procedure mos2sh(srcs:list of string, dst:string)
procedure mos2sh(src:string, dst:string)
Arguments
src 
Source file.
srcs 
Source file followed by its dependencies.
dst 
Destination file name (can be a directory, extension may be omitted).
Example
 mos2sh("test.mos","test")
   ! -> mosel comp -o test.bim test.mos
   ! -> CP test.bim zlib.deflate:deploy.ascii85:tmp:muid1_47a0dcb2sh_asc
   ! -> CAT -ft tmp:muid1_47a0dcb2sh_scr tmp:muid1_47a0dcb2sh_asc test
 runcmd("test")                            ! Only on Posix operating systems
   ! -> test
   ! ... output from running test.mos ...
Further information
1. The operation will be performed only if either of the srcs files or src is newer than the destination file.
2. The destination file will be deleted if the variable runmode is set to "clean".
3. Any execution error will cause a program termination if exitonfail is true.
