runcmd

Purpose
Execute a command.
Synopsis
procedure runcmd(cmdall:text)
procedure runcmd(cmd:text, args:...)
Arguments
cmdall 
Command and its arguments as a single string.
cmd 
Command without arguments.
args 
Command arguments, each as a separate element.
Further information
1. The command is executed from the current working directory.
2. Any execution error will cause a program termination if exitonfail is true.
