Purpose
Save current state of the Optimizer to a file.
Synopsis
procedure savestate(fname:string)
Argument
fname 
Extended file name
Further information
The produced file (Optimizer SVF file format) can then be used as input to Optimizer console using optimizer's command RESTORE.
