Further information
1. This procedure associates a name with an entity or with an array of entities of a type supporting name association. Currently decision variables ( mpvar), linear constraints ( linctr) and non linear constraints ( nlctr) are compatible with this procedure.
2. When exporting a problem to a matrix file, constraint/variable names are deduced from the global public symbols: anonymous and local entities are usually named after their row/column number in the matrix. This procedure makes it possible to give a name to these entities.
3. If the given name starts with the '#' character, the generated matrix name will include the order number of the constraint or variable in the matrix.
4. Using an empty string as the name clears the association.
