Purpose
Force displaying of graph axes.
Synopsis
procedure svgshowgraphaxes(force:boolean)
Argument
force 
Decide whether graph axes must be shown when no label is defined.
Further information
By default the axes are only shown if a label text is defined (for x or y axis). This procedure makes it possible to display the axes even if no label is used.
