Purpose
Configuration class for the Mosel environment. A singleton instance is available as mp.config.

1. The Config class provides properties and methods for configuring global Mosel settings, including stream redirection, working directories, and other environment parameters.
2. A singleton instance is created when the package is imported and is accessible as mp.config. The constructor is available but typically not needed.
