Purpose
Interrupts the current SLP optimization

Interrupt code to be propagated.

Provides functionality to stop the SLP optimization process from inside a callback.

The following constants are provided for the paramter value:

Value 3 XSLP_STOP_NODELIMIT
Value 4 XSLP_STOP_ITERLIMIT
